JOB OPPORTUNITY: LA MEZCLA IS HIRING A MANAGING DIRECTOR

We are hiring our first Managing Director! The Managing Director oversees La Mezcla’s operations and spearheads new initiatives that strengthen the organization’s community connections and financial capacity. The ideal candidate will have a community-centered mindset, excellent organizational and communication skills, experience in relationship-building and financial management, and a love for spreadsheets! They should be comfortable working independently and as part of a small team, develop and maintain relationships with our amazing artists and collaborators, and be willing to serve as a public representative of the company. 30-32 hours per week. SF Bay Area based with in person and remote work.
